Welcome to the Greater Richburg Association.

The Greater Richburg Association is a private, non-profit organization whose major goal
is to improve the quality of life in the Richburg, South Carolina area, while beautifying the Richburg area to help attract industrial and residential growth.

Richburg is comfortably nestled midway between Charlotte, NC, and South Carolina's capital city of Columbia. Being located at the interchange of Exit 65 and SC Highway 9, makes this the Gateway to Chester County, an area poised for rapid growth.

With our tranquil rural setting, and only minutes away from a metropolitan area, we can proudly note that cultural, historical, and recreational opportunities abound, thus ensuring a rich and varied lifestyle, while still retaining the flavor of the "old rural South".

Our support infrastructure of healthcare facilities, educational systems, municipal and county services, transportation accessibility, etc., assist in improving the quality of life
for our area.

The Greater Richburg Association works to promote the economic, environmental, and social well-being of the five-mile radius surrounding Exit 65 off I-77.

Presently, we are deeply involved in a Lighting Project at Exit 65 and Highway 9 with Catawba Regional and Chester County to install more lighting at the exit ramps. We also raise money for a scholarship fund in the Spring, and have quarterly Blood Drives.

Come and see why we say that the people of the Greater Richburg Area are striving for a better place to visit, to work, to live.
